How do you want your therapeutic journey to go?
“We gain strength and courage, and confidence by each experience in which we really stop to look fear in the face… We must do that which we think we cannot.” -Eleanor Roosevelt

Child Play Therapy
Children having a difficult time regulating their emotions? Do they need someone to talk to? Playing is a child’s first language that they learn and is the best way for them to communicate. We have wonderful therapists that enjoy working with children ten years old and under who can help a child regulate and understand their emotions.
Couples Therapy

Rising Phoenix & our therapists focus on encouraging victory & resilience towards mental health
With every therapist, we continue to focus on the integrity, compassion & authenticity of the counseling field by integrating these values with our clients.
Rising Phoenix & our therapists focus on the client’s therapeutic journey by providing exceptional, authentic, person-centered counseling services while maintaining empathy and kindness.
Healing looks different at every age. Some people need clear, direct conversations to understand what’s happening in their mind and body. Others — especially children — need space to express themselves through play, creativity, and movement. We provide trauma-informed therapy for adults and children, meeting each client where they are while focusing on safety, regulation, and meaningful change.
